FlatIron Crossing is continuing its major transformation by welcoming an exciting collection of top new retailers and experiential attractions, including a massive new DICK’s House of Sport and a vibrant new mixed-use district for Broomfield. As part of its multi-year evolution, the center is expanding beyond shopping to create a place where people want to gather, attend events, enjoy great meals and, eventually, live right here at this exceptional campus.
One of Colorado’s Largest DICK’S House of Sport
FlatIron Crossing will be home to DICK’S House of Sport, the immersive new retail concept taking over the former Nordstrom space. Scheduled to open in early 2027, the 130,000-square-foot store will be one of the largest in Colorado. Designed to be experiential, visitors will have an opportunity to test equipment, try new activities, and explore products before making a purchase.
The new store will feature:
- A custom indoor climbing wall
- Multiple golf bays equipped with TrackMan™ simulators
- HitTrax™ multi-sport cages for baseball, softball, and soccer
- An 18,000-square-foot outdoor sports field attached to the store that transforms into an ice-skating rink during the winter months

Live Music Takes the Stage at FlatIron Crossing
There’s plenty to do and look forward to inside the mall, but don’t miss what’s happening outdoors right now. FlatIron Crossing’s summer music tradition is back this year with an exciting new sound, Jazz in the Park.
Every Thursday (other than July 2nd) from June 4th through July 30th between 6 and 8 p.m., Feature Park will transform into a vibrant outdoor lounge. This year’s lineup includes local favorites such as Hazel Miller and The Collective, Chris Daniels, and The Spicy Pickles, offering a mix of jazz, blues, and swing throughout the summer. In addition to live music, a full beverage station and rotating list of local food truck favorites will be available so you can make a night of it.
